The Process
Getting a cash, lump-sum payment for your future government CRP payments
isn't as complicated as you might think.
We will walk you through the process. To get you started,
here's a list of the documentation you will be asked to provide:
- Completed application form / authorization
- Copy of ownership deed
- Copy of current financial statement
- Copy of CRP lease agreement
- Copy of latest county real estate tax bill(s) for each
CRP parcel
- Copy of most recent tax returns for two years
